ora 4030 out of process memory when trying to allocate bytes ( pga heap,control file i/o buffer)

Just checking whether above suggestions will work or not.
We are on 11g RAC on Linux machines with 38GB of RAM.
SGA_TARGET 12G and SGA_MAX_SIZE 20GB, PGA - 6GB
