Cannot load ICU resource bundle 'ggMessage', error code 2 - No such file or directory

Move to the GG install directory and invoke ggsci.. 

ggsci> dblogin userid <>,password <>

Before configuring Golden Gate at DB level:

1). Put database in archivelog mode --> Requires bounce till 11gR2, but not from 12c(Need to check).

2). Enable Supplemental Logging

SELECT SUPPLEMENTAL_DATA_LOG_MIN FROM V$DATABASE;

ALTER DATABASE ADD SUPPLEMENTAL LOG DATA;
